Where is my order?
Your order will typically take 2–5 business days to fulfill, and the shipping time will add to that. To follow your order status, click Follow updates in your order confirmation email.

Orders are available for delivery in the United States.
What’s your return policy?
Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns and/or size/color exchanges. If your order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, we can reship the order.

I haven’t received my order, what to do?
If you haven’t received your order, report your problem using the contact form here. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
I received the wrong product, what to do?
